The East Troy Area Historical Society in cooperation with the East Troy High School Cross Country team will host the Blast to the Past 5K on Saturday, Aug. 29. Registration is at 8 a.m. and the run begins at 9 a.m.

Registration is $25 for pre-registered runners by Aug. 1, $30 for pre-registered runners Aug. 1-26 and $35 on race day. Information on route, parking, vendors and sponsors is available here

Special awards will go to overall male and female winners and 1st—3rd place awards for male and female participants in each age group (10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over). 

All runners registered by Aug. 21 will be guaranteed a custom dry wick shirt.  Registrations after Aug. 21 will not be guaranteed a shirt and all shirts will be first come first serve after the race.
