East Troy Family Community Resource Center, 3066 Main St., Suite 108, will host a Crock Pot Meal Prep workshop from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 15. For this workshop, you will bring most of the ingredients to make 10 meals. Cost is $10 and includes all spices, ziplock bags, labels, recipes, utensils needed to prepare the meals and shopping list. Reservations and payment are needed by June 10. Once payment is made the shopping list will be e-mailed to you. Payments can be dropped off or mailed to the Family Resource Center at 3066 Main Street, Suite 108, PO BOX 962, East Troy, WI 53120.
