Michael Fields Agricultural Institute, W2493 County Road ES, will host their 2nd Annual Farm & Sea Conservation Dinner beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 24.
The unique dining experience will take place in the Beautiful Brown Barn and celebrate Wisconsin Farmers and Gulf Fishermen working together to conserve the ecosystems and water quality of the Mississippi River and Gulf of Mexico. Dinner will be prepared by Chef Adam Carson of Toothpicks Catering, and will feature Gulf seafood, farm fresh produce, and local wine and beer. Ticket are $85.00 per person.
