Farmers Market will move to square

The East Troy Farmers Market will reopen this May by returning to its original location on the East Troy Village Square

The East Troy Chamber of Commerce is currently looking for vendors, specializing in produce, horticulture, art, handmade and craft items to participate in the market’s seventh season.

The goal is to offer an expanded selection of vendors and music and activity schedule.

The new highly visible site on the historic East Troy Village Square is spacious and pedestrian-friendly with plenty of parking in the nearby municipal lot and adjacent streets.

The East Troy Farmers Market will continue on Fridays, May 22 through October 2. Hours of operation are 3 to 7 p.m. with set up at 2 p.m. and take down at 7 p.m.

The Chamber is extending a discount to those who wish to secure their spots for the season in advance. A 15 percent discount can be applied to the season cost of $200 with pre-payment by April 15.

The regular rental rate is $15 per week or $60 per quarter for a 12-foot by 12-foot space.
