Vanessa Lenz is the current Executive Director of the East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce. She works daily to serve the Chamber Board of Directors and the membership to further the wellbeing of the East Troy community.
Lenz brings extensive knowledge of East Troy to her work at the Chamber. A former editor of local newspapers, the East Troy Times and East Troy News, she has been a leading advocate for East Troy for nearly a decade.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Lenz started her career in East Troy as a community newspaper reporter and worked her way up to editor positions at several papers. She spent the last seven years getting to know to the ins and outs and giving her time to the East Troy community. In addition to keeping the community well informed, Lenz always showed a deep care for the people, businesses, municipalities and school districts in which she reported.
Since taking the helm as Chamber Director in June of 2013, Lenz has focused on community-wide collaboration within East Troy, as well as enhancing the local business climate through revamped marketing efforts. Contact Lenz by emailing vanessa@easttroy.org.
