Vegetable Fermentation, \$40 - Michael Fields Agricultural Institute offers this fabulous workshop demonstrating two methods for preserving Fall vegetables and you will learn hands-on to make old fashioned sauerkraut through lacto fermenting. Vegetables will also be preserved using the food ecology method. Take home recipes and jars of your homemade sauerkraut! Limited to 12 participants.
