The East Troy Family and Community Resource Center, 3066 W.Main St., suite 108 in the Windfield Plaza, will host an art activity from 6:15-6:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 21. Participants will make a snowman ornament with a glowing nose. Younger children may require assistance.

Programs are offered free of charge to families throughout Walworth County and Mukwonago. Participants must pre-register for all events at (262) 642-4900 or easttroyfamily@gmail.com.
