A variety of antique trolleys and inter-urban coaches that once whisked passengers from major cities to surrounding towns and nearby summer retreats will be featured during the East Troy Electric Railroad's Rail Fan Day on Saturday, June 27.

The railroad runs from East Troy to Mukwonago with regular weekend service through Nov. 1. Friday trains will run June 12 through Aug. 28.

Fares are $12.50 for adults, $10.50 for seniors and $8 for youth 3-11. Children younger than 2 ride for free.

The railroad returns its award-winning dinner train aboard the only inter-urban electric railroad car in North America. The two-hour excursion offers a gourmet four-course meal and a full cash bar overlooking Phantom Lake on July 11, Sept. 26, Oct. 3,Oct. 10, Oct. 17 and Oct. 24.

Rail fans will get the opportunity to dine aboard former coaches of the Chicago South Shore & South Bend Railroad with family-friendly pizza train rides on June 27, July 25, Aug. 8, Aug. 22 and Sept. 12.
