Lock Picking 101

Join the East Troy Computer Club for Lock Picking 101 at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 21 on the East Troy Village Square. Try your hand at lock picking and learn all about how they work and the types of tools you'll need to pick them.  

Guest speaker Bert Bodnar is planning to go over the inner workings of the lock, how different lock types impose different challenges and how to work around (or sometimes with) them.  

His presentation will touch on the history of locks, including a point in time (about a 70 year span) where we achieved 'perfect security', and how we'll likely never get there again. 

Join the group for pizza, beverages and an engaging presentation. 

If you are already skilled at Lock Picking, please by all means bring some tools and locks to share and jump in.
