The Walworth County Economic Development Alliance will host its 2015 Annual Luncheon from 11:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 12 at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, 7036 Grand Geneva Way, Lake Geneva. Keynote speaker Michael Leitz of Accent Learning will discuss "Leveraging Generational Differences in the Workplace." Leitz has spoken to many groups about generational differences, including Dean Health Care, Harley-Davidson, UW Madison, and Kohler Corporation.
Workforce is by far the biggest challenge that businesses face today. By the end of 2015, 47 percent of the workforce will be under 33 years of age. Boomers make up another large group, and they will be retiring in great numbers over the next 10 years. Join Leitz as he offers fun, practical advice and experience managing multi-generational groups has helped both large and small businesses throughout the region. Cost is $30 for WCEDA members and $40 for non-members. To register, Click here
