Roma's Ristorante and Lounge, N8416 County Road ES, East Troy, will host a Halloween Party on Saturday, Oct. 31. The event will feature free pizza from 9 to 10 p.m., drink specials and a Best Movie Character Costume Contest. Prizes will be awarded to first place ($100), second place ($50 gift certificate) and third place ($25 gift certificate).
