The East Troy Community School District is hosting a groundbreaking celebration for its new PreK-2 elementary school at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 22. The ceremony will be held on site, behind Prairie View Elementary School, corner of County Road ES and Townline Road. Parking is available in the Prairie View Elementary lot.
