Michael Fields Agricultural Institute, W2493 Hwy ES, will host a five course Dinner in the Gardens at 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 20. Chef Zach Combs of Rushing Waters in Palmyra will be preparing a meal of organic vegetables from the Gardens and fish from Rushing Waters Fishery in Palmyra.  Staller Estate Winery of Delavan will be pairing wines for each course.
