Michael Fields Agricultural Institute, W2493 Hwy ES, will host a five course Dinner in the Gardens at 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 20. Chef Zach Combs of Rushing Waters in Palmyra will be preparing a meal of organic vegetables from the Gardens and fish from Rushing Waters Fishery in Palmyra. Staller Estate Winery of Delavan will be pairing wines for each course. Enjoy wine pairings, garden tours, silent auction, music and more. Tickets are $85. For more information, click here
