Bring a friend and join Danielle Drogier and Lydia Gronwa from M.A.T.C. Dietetic Program for a night of deliciousness on Friday, August 26 at 5:30 p.m. A three course meal will be prepared. The menu will be determined by what is fresh in the organic garden. Each course will be accompanied by a wine pairing. Cooking lesson in The Big Brown Barn’s commercial kitchen at Michael Fields Agricultural Institute, W2493 Hwy ES.
