Aurora Health Center- Southern Lakes, 709 Spring Valley Road, Burlington, will hold a grand opening party from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 1.

Tour the new facility, enjoy interactive health stations along the way and meet Aurora Health Care providers. The event will feature kid-friendly activities. Free pumpkins will be provided for children 12 and younger while supplies last. Get autographs from former Green Bay Packers William Henderson, Gilbert Brown and Ahman Green and attend a Q & A session with the players.

SCHEDULE
10 to 10:30 a.m.- Ribbon cutting ceremony
10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.- Self-guided tours
11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.- Autographs with former Green Bay Packers
Noon to 2 p.m.- Melinda Myers offers gardening tips and planting demonstrations
12:30 to 1 p.m.- Q&A with former Green Bay Packers
All Day- Enjoy cookout-style food provided by Gooseberries Fresh Food Market and sample chocolates courtesy of Delights of Burlington (both while supplies last).

Onsite parking is limited at the main parking lot on Spring Valley Road. Shuttles will be available & running continuously from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Gooseberries Fresh Food Market, 690 W. State St. & Aurora Hospital of Burlington, 252 McHenry St. (Shuttle takes about 10 minutes.)
