Michael Fields Agricultural Institute, W2493 County Road ES, will host a Small Farm Business Planning workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Feb. 11. The Small Farm Business Planning workshop will focus more on beginning farmers. Discussions include setting up a record keeping system, preparing enterprise budgets, cash flow planning, calculating family living costs, and other topics that are more critical for a beginner.
