East Troy Family Community Resource Center, 3066 Main St., Suite 108, will host a Crock Pot Creations workshop from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16. For this workshop, you will bring most of the ingredients to make the following 10 meals: Chicken Tacos, Mongolian Beef, Honey Garlic Chicken, Meat Sauce, Paprika Chicken, Ribs, Ropa Viela, Salsa Chicken, Pork Burritos and Pulled Pork.  Cost is $10 and includes all spices, ziplock bags, labels, recipes, utensils needed to prepare the meals and shopping list. We will also be making one of the dinners to try. Reservations and payment are needed by Feb. 10. Once payment is made the shopping list will be e-mailed to you. Payments can be dropped off or mailed to the Family Resource Center at 3066 Main Street, Suite 108, PO BOX 962, East Troy, WI 53120.
