Michael Fields Agricultural Institute, W2493 County Road ES, will host a Farm Finances workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Jan. 21. This workshop is geared toward a person already farming and looking for better understanding of financial strengths and vulnerabilities. Topics of discussion include; balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, how to prepare and analyze Schedule F, differences between cash flow and profitability, farm investment analysis and more.
