The East Troy Area Intergenerational Community Center, in conjunction with representatives of the East Troy Family and Community Resource Center, will host a "Show and Tell" event from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 21 in preparation for its September opening. The Center occupies the back half of the Leona Doubek Building, which is located at 2040 Beulah Ave. in East Troy. The entrance is Door 7,which is easily reached from the back parking lot.

Community members will be invited to check out the new Community Center's spaces and the programs as they are evolving, to ask questions or give suggestions, and to explore volunteer opportunities.  There will be no formal presentation, but rather time to walk through the rooms, enjoy some refreshments, and speak with those people involved in the creation of the center.  Please make plans to join the festivities.
