Josie’s love for yoga began 10 years ago. She found her place on the mat expanding with her body as she stretched and quieted her mind with each breathe. Since then she wanted to learn more, and she decided teaching yoga to others is what she needed to do. Graduating from teacher training in 2009, she set off as a new yoga teacher, guiding others along the way. Her teaching style is based on Hatha Yoga while throwing Vinyasa in along the way, focusing on proper alignment of poses and feeling safe and comfortable with each pose. She teaches Gentle, Beginner/Intermediate, Senior/Chair Yoga and Kids Yoga. She has a nurturing nature and loves to help each student feel the many benefits of Yoga. Being a mother of two broadened her need for yoga and I love being able to share the joy of yoga to her littles. Throughout her years of practicing, teaching and learning; her love continues to grow as yoga relieves her from pain, tension and anxiety of everyday life. Yoga is the union between our mind body. Erasing self-doubt and feeling comfortable in your own skin. Here’s to sharing all the Love and Light Yoga can offer…
