Summertime on the Farm Dinner

Barnyard Grub, a collaboration between Hometown Sausage Kitchen and Yuppie Hill Poultry, will host Summertime on the Farm at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 8 at Yuppie Hill Poultry, W1384 Potter Road, Burlington. 

MENU

First Course:

Chicken Liver Mousse Terrine with Pickled Garnishes,  Mustard and Toast Points

Second Course: 

Spinach Salad, Soft Boiled Yuppie Hill Poultry Eggs and Hot 

Hometown Sausage Kitchen Bacon Dressing

Third Course:

Smoked Pork Chop, Cheese Pierogies, Sauerkraut  and Fruit Gastrique Fourth Course Pound Cake, Strawberries and Whipped Cream
