Join Jenna Steep, certified sound therapist and total yoga nidra practitioner, for an introduction to the form and practice of yoga nidra.
In this one hour class, you'll learn what nidra is, what forms it can take and how it can be utilized to support a variety of needs. The session will conclude with a delicious and nourishing practice of live, improvised yoga nidra tailored to meet the needs of those present.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket if you want to feel cozy. The fire will be going and tea will be available!
