In celebration of Tom Cotter's 90th birthday, his family is hosting an open house from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 9 at Ivan's Backstage, 2093 Division St., on the East Troy Village Square. Friends, family, acquaintances, former students, colleagues and community members are invited to stop in to surprise Mr. Cotter.
