Elizabeth Weinkauf will lead this Sunday's beginner's yoga class in Studio C, above Inklink Books, 2888 Main St., Suite C. By linking movement to breath, Elizabeth helps to consciously promote the connection of mind, body, and spirit with humor and grace. Elizabeth completed her 200 RYT training in Vinyasa style yoga through Emerald Heart School of Yoga. Class begins at 9:30 a.m. and is $12. Attending yogis will need to bring their own mats and water.
