Booth Lake Memorial Park Pavilion Lottery

The Pavilion Lottery for Booth Lake Memorial Park will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19 at Town of Troy Town Hall, 8870 Briggs St, East Troy.

What to Bring: Arrive early, doors open at 6 p.m., to received your lottery card. Have at least 2 dates just in case. Cash, check or credit card for your deposit.

Pavilion Rental – Lottery Instructions

1. Choose your date – It is recommended to have a second choice in case your date is chosen before your card is picked. Available dates are May 1 to Oct. 31.

2. One (1) representative per party is allowed to participate in the lottery. (Only 1 pavilion may be rented per card at the lottery).

3. Choose your pavilion.

a. Upper Pavilion – Rental is $300 with a $150 non-refundable deposit. This pavilion is enclosed at the top of the stairs. It holds about 100 guests. You receive 50 wristbands with rental. If more wristbands are needed, you can purchase them for $2 each. Each person needs to wear a wristband. This is so the staff knows who is supposed to be in the park. Weekday rental is half price.

b. VFW Pavilion – Rental is $300 with a $150 non-refundable deposit. This pavilion is open in the field area of the upper park. It holds about 120 guests. You receive 50 wristbands with rental. Additional wristbands are $2 each. Each person needs to have a wristband so the staff knows who should be in the park. Weekday rental is half price.

c. Lower Pavilion – Rental is $175 with a $100 non-refundable deposit. This pavilion holds 50 guests. It is at the bottom of the hill near the water. Rental includes 25 wristbands, additional are available for $2 each. All guests must wear a wristband while in the park. Weekday Rental is half price.

HOLIDAYS ARE CONSIDERED WEEKEND RATES.

4. Deposits are considered half of your payment. (Not refunded after you pay the total fee as in the past.)

5. When your lottery card is selected. Please choose your date, fill out paperwork and pay your deposit before leaving. Your final payment is due the week of your party. You may reschedule your date if inclement weather is forecasted. Any open day on the calendar may be chosen.

NO thumbtacks or staples will be allowed to secure tablecloths. Tape or tablecloth holders are allowed.

If any guest at a party needs to be removed from the park and does not cooperate the entire party will be asked to leave.
