ETHS Drama presents 'Adventure'

Join the East Troy High School Drama Club for JD Atkins' play "Adventure" on Feb. 21 and 22 at 7 p.m., and Feb. 23 at 2 p.m. in the East Troy High School Theater, 3128 Graydon Ave. 

Tickets are $10 for Adults, $7 for Seniors (55+) and $5 for Youth/Students. Tickets are general seating only. Tickets can be purchased at the ETHS Main Office (cash only) or online at: vancoevents.com/us/events/landing/50818. Tickets will also be available up to 40 minutes prior to the start of each performance.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. This play is suitable for ages 5 and up. The duration of the play is approximately two hours with intermission.

Concessions will be available before each performance and during intermission. Fan-O-Grams, a great way to congratulate any cast or crew member and a fundraiser for the ETHS Drama Club, will also be available for purchase before each performance.

The Lowdown:

For one hundred missions, Captain Adrian Key and the Galactic Voyagers have ventured into deep space on missions of science and discovery-- that is, until High Command decides to convert the aging Adventure into a cruise ship for galactic tourists. When the Voyagers ferry these unwelcome guests (as well as an upstart Ensign trying to usurp command) to Captain Key’s forced retirement party, a mysterious computer malfunction sets their final flight on a collision course with a gravity well. Can the Voyagers fix their beloved ship in time to avert disaster, even as a tourist revolt threatens to scuttle their efforts? Whatever the outcome, it is sure to be an Adventure to remember!
