School Year Programs

School is back! The East Troy Family & Community Resource Center is hosting multiple school-year programs! All these programs are free and will begin September 9, 2025. Each program will be held at the Resource Center, 2040 Beulah Avenue, Door 7. 

Alphabet Adventres: Tuesday mornings from 9:30-10:30 a.m. The are covering the alphabet A-Z and numbers until the end of the school year. Kids will work on letter, number, color and shape recognition as well as printing/tracing. Each week will include a craft and conclude with one half hour of free play time. This is a pre-school readiness program but all kiddos through age 4 are welcome!

Lego Club: Tuesday afternoons 3:00-5:15 p.m. Anyone in third grade and up can feel free to drop in and create with our Legos. We have both kits as well as free play Legos on hand. Anyone under third grade is welcome to attend with a parent or guardian.

Play Group: Friday mornings 9:30-10:30 a.m. This is a great opportunity for caregivers to get out of the house and meet others in the community. This is an hour of free play time where kids can learn important concepts such as sharing, taking turns, and fair play. It is also a great opportunity for caregivers to discuss life and parenting challenges and come together in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
