The Village of East Troy recently announced the launch of a new website that will allow the public to review information about zoning in the village.

Eileen Suhm, Village of East Troy Clerk-Treasurer, said the new online resource will give citizens easy access to information like the Village’s zoning application processes, zoning code lingo, land-use descriptions and pending/approved applications. An interactive zoning map also includes more specific information such as appropriate uses and standards for zoning districts and individual parcels.

“We believe this will be a really helpful tool for businesses, real estate agents, developers, real estate investors and even residents. We are excited to share this tool, which is another step toward achieving greater transparency. Please check it out!” she said.
