Get ready to rummage! The East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce will host its 25th annual Community-Wide Rummage Sale, May 27-29 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A listing of all the rummage sales will also be published in the Wednesday, May 25 issue of the Walworth County Shopper Advertiser, Stateline News and Janesville Messenger.
Eric Grossmeyer of AntiqueWisconsin.com will be on the village square on Saturday, May 28 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. for an “Antique Roadshow”-style antique appraisal event. Bring up to three items for a free appraisal.
Spotlight Real Estate, Martin’s Hardware-Rental & Pet and Goodwill will provide a truck to collect leftover rummage sale items and other contributions from the community on Sunday, May 29, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Martin’s shopping center, located at 3288 Main St.
CORN & BRAT ROAST
The East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce’s 40th annual Corn & Brat Roast will return on Memorial Day weekend, May 27-30, at East Troy Village Square Park, 2881 Main St.
The event, featuring roasted sweet corn, brats, hot dogs, burgers, soda and beer, as well as live entertainment, will run from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday.

BREWFEST
East Troy’s first ever Brewfest will be held on Sunday, May 29 from 3 to 6 p.m. at East Troy Village Square Park, 2881 Main St., featuring samples of craft beers and micro brews from area breweries, as well as a homebrewers' tent. For information click here
