East Troy Farmers Market

The East Troy Farmers Market will run Fridays through Oct. 7 from 2 to 6 p.m. on the East Troy Village Square. The market will feature a variety of vendors selling homegrown and local produce, specialty items, meats, baked goods and crafts. The event will also include live music and activities each week. Today at the East Troy Farmers Market: Learn about transplants for the growing season from the Garden Guru Sylvia Paprzyca. Bring the kids along to decorate a pot to take home and get a free flower seedling!
Milwaukee Ballet: The Milwaukee Ballet will perform at 5:30 p.m. as part of East Troy's First Fridays series. Learn the positions of the feet, do some stretching and watch the dancers demonstrate their moves and talk about what life as a professional dancer is like. They will do a short performance at the end of the workshop.
