The East Troy High School girls basketball team (No. 4 seed) will host Union Grove (No. 5 seed) at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 22 at East Troy High School, 3128 Graydon Ave. for the WIAA Division 3 Regional. The winner will face either top-seeded Waterford, eighth-seeded Fort Atkinson or ninth-seeded Delavan-Darien on Feb. 23.
