Cookie Wars added to East Troy Expo lineup

Do you love to bake? Do you like a little friendly competition? Then you’ll love the new Cookie Wars competition at East Troy Expo 2015 on Saturday, March 28 at East Troy Middle School, 3143 Graydon Ave.

Interested? Here’s what you have to do: Make 18 cookies (a dozen for display/silent auction fundraiser and six for judging) baked using the theme, “Local Living.” Decorating is optional. Bring your entry to the Expo between 9-10 a.m.

Your entry will be displayed with the others in the auditorium and those visiting the Expo will cast a vote for their favorite. The winner of the popular vote will receive the Fan Favorite award.

A panel of celebrity judges from local dining establishments will choose the 2015 Adult and Youth Cookie Wars Champions. A silent auction for the cookie entries will be held throughout the day. Bidding will close at 1:30 p.m. For a registration form, click here
